stars know all (starsknowall.com) is run by an individual (echo) and offers Western astrology, Chinese BaZi and tarot readings — free self-serve tools, paid written reports, and one-to-one consultations.
Everything here is for cultural interest, self-reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment or relationship advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. For anything involving your health, legal position, money or a major life decision, please consult a licensed professional.

Self-serve paid products (natal report, synastry report, monthly transits, year-ahead report, Monthly Sky and paid long-reads) are digital content. Once payment is confirmed they unlock and stay available in your account. Personalised reports use the birth details you provide and ephemeris calculations; their writing rules are set by echo and the interpretive wording is generated by artificial intelligence. Monthly Sky and paid long-reads are non-personalised, and each page identifies whether it is editorial, rules-based or another version.
AI-generated reports carry a visible ‘AI-generated content notice’ at the end of the text, explaining how the text was made and its limits. Site copy, personal single-question replies and one-to-one consultations that do not carry that notice should not be understood as automatic model replies.
One-to-one consultations start with a message to agree a slot, and a deposit to lock it in. Fees, length and format (text / voice notes / live voice call) are as confirmed in that conversation.
Paid unlocks are currently confirmed by hand after payment, usually within a few hours. If yours hasn't opened within 24 hours, please get in touch and I'll sort it out.
Digital content: because the content is fully readable as soon as it unlocks, it is generally non-refundable after unlocking. I will refund in full if: payment was made but nothing was unlocked within 24 hours and no reason was given; a technical fault produced a report that does not match the birth details you submitted; or you were charged twice for the same item.
The payment area shows this policy again before you submit an access request. Paying and submitting that request confirms that you have read the post-unlock refund rule. Any mandatory rights under applicable law still apply.
One-to-one consultations: cancel more than 48 hours before the session and the deposit is refunded in full. Within 48 hours the deposit is not refunded, as the slot was held for you. If I need to reschedule or cancel, your deposit is refunded in full or moved to a new slot, as you prefer.
Refunds go back through the original payment method, typically within 1–3 business days.
An account is not required — most free tools work without signing in. Signing in simply keeps what you've unlocked, and any saved birth details, available across devices.
Please keep your account and email secure. Actions taken through your account are treated as yours.
To close your account and delete the associated data, contact me and I'll complete it within 7 days and confirm back.
You keep ownership of anything you post to the guestbook or the kindness board, and grant this site permission to display it here.
Please don't post unlawful, abusive, harassing, promotional, or privacy-invading content. I reserve the right to remove such posts.
The guestbook is public — please don't include ID numbers, addresses or phone numbers there.

Reports generated for you are yours to keep, print and share with friends, but may not be resold in bulk or offered as your own product.
