This describes only what this site actually does — what's collected, where it lives, who sees it, and how you remove it.

I collect only what's needed to provide the service. Birth details are used to cast your chart and nothing else — never shared, never used for advertising, never sold. There are no third-party ad or tracking scripts on this site.
Birth details (date, time, place / coordinates): collected only when you choose to generate a chart, synastry or monthly transits, or when booking a reading. This is sensitive personal information — it reveals your age and can indirectly identify you — so it is handled more strictly than anything else here (see the next section).
Contact details (name, WeChat / email / phone): collected only when you book a reading, submit a question, or request a paid unlock as a guest — used to reach you and to match your payment.
Account details (email): handled by Supabase authentication when you sign in.
Anything you post: guestbook messages, kindness-board entries.
Anonymous usage events: page views, which tool was used, which paywall was seen — used to improve the site. These records contain no name, contact details or birth details, and no third-party analytics service (such as Google Analytics) is used.
Accuracy marks: the “did it land?” answer under a past reading — your verdict, an optional note, and which issue it refers to. These are stored on the server, visible only to echo, and used to improve how the readings are written. If you are not signed in, a random browser-generated marker links your own marks together; it holds no identifying information, and clearing your browser data or switching devices breaks the link.
Browser local storage: draw history, form drafts, guest unlock credentials and the random marker above stay on your own device. Apart from that marker, submitted together with an accuracy mark, none of it is uploaded. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Used only to produce what you asked for. No profiling, no advertising, never shared with third parties for other purposes.
Saved birth details live under your account only, visible to you and to echo. The 'which of your houses the Moon is in today' line is computed on the server and only the result is sent to your browser — your coordinates are never sent to the client.
Chart facts are sent to a language model service (Google Gemini, with mainland-China fallbacks) to write the reading. What's sent are computed placements, houses and aspects — not your name, contact details or account information.
You can skip them. Birth details are optional when booking; you can send them after the slot is agreed.
Hosting: Vercel. Database and authentication: Supabase. Notification email: Resend. Report generation: Google Gemini and mainland-China fallback model services. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
These providers' servers may be located outside mainland China. If you would rather your information did not leave your jurisdiction, please don't submit birth or contact details here — the free tools that require no input remain fully usable.
Apart from these necessary providers, your information is not given to anyone, and never sold or used for advertising.
Accounts and unlock records: kept while your account exists, so you can revisit what you paid for.
Booking and question records: kept for 3 years for follow-up and accounting.
Anonymous usage events: kept for 12 months.
If you ask for deletion: see the next section.
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete what I hold about you — birth details, booking records, posts.
Signed-in users can edit or clear saved birth details directly from the account page.
For anything else, contact WeChat echo101ohce or starsknowall@outlook.com. I'll action it within 7 days and confirm back. Deletion means previously generated reports can no longer be opened — I'll confirm that with you before proceeding.
This site is not intended for children under 14. If you are under 18, please use the paid services with a guardian's knowledge and consent.
